This programme has been specially designed to support the development of sport specific movement and skills as well as strengthening and improving control in muscle groups that stabilise the main joint areas which are typically weak in children with Development Co-ordination Disorder (also known as dyspraxia), Ehlers Danlos Hypermobility type and generalised Hypermobility.
Suitable for children aged 8 to 15 years old.

The programme will incorporate a number of different sports activities as an introduction for those who under normal circumstances struggle to participate in the mainstream arena. The sessions will promote the improvement of the Fundamentals of Movement (FoM) such as agility, balance and coordination and will also promote the improvement of Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS) such as running, jumping and turning which form the basis of most sports.
