About The Care Academy

The Care Academy consists of our PA Academy and our Health and Social Care Accredited courses.

PA Academy

Training in the PA Academy is available to personal assistants, their employers and aspiring health and social care workers. Please see below for more details.

PA Academy Workshops

The Care Certificate replaces Common Induction Standards by Skills for Care. It is aimed at health and social care workers, both those already in employment, and those starting a new job. The Care Certificate provides really important and worthwhile training to help in your role, and promote your career development. It forms the building blocks to further progression to a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
