The Care Academy consists of our PA Academy and our Health and Social Care Accredited courses.

The Care Act 2015

We can provide training on the impact of The Care Act 2015 for individuals and employers. Please phone 01582 470900.

Whether you are an employer or a personal assistant, you can access a range of relevant and engaging workshops delivered by specialist trainers.
Together, we will develop a personalised plan of training, using our flexible learning package that includes workshops in Bedfordshire or Northampton.

PA Academy Workshops

The Care Certificate replaces Common Induction Standards by Skills for Care. It is aimed at health and social care workers, both those already in employment, and those starting a new job. The Care Certificate provides really important and worthwhile training to help in your role, and promote your career development. It forms the building blocks to further progression to a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. By attending the following workshops marked by an asterisk (*), you could complete ALL the knowledge based elements of the Care Certificate.
