Poynters House  offers a wide variety of rooms for hire, to suit the needs of your organisation. From a private room for 2 people to a large theatre set up for more than 50 people, our flexible and interlinkable break out spaces, can cater for all your needs.

Bookings are taken on a centralized room diary system, which are then confirmed.

A range of refreshments and catering is available on request

Training & IT Suite

Training room with computer stations around the walls and central desksOur dedicated IT and Training Suite includes a central seating area for 12 people with modern projector facilities. Group sessions can be followed by individual training on the 12 surrounding individual workstations, all with PC provided.
A kitchenette is available within the training suite.

Clinical Consultation Facilities

We are able to provide a dedicated ground floor Clinical Consultation room, with integral hand washing, sharps collection, adjustable couch and privacy screens etc, to both private and statutory providers.

Treatment and Wellbeing rooms

We also have dedicated treatment and wellbeing rooms to help with body and mind.
